We were gifted our Loop frame when our son and daughter-in-law had our first and only Grandson James, a little more than three years ago. Of course we were over the moon about becoming Grandparents for the first time, but were sad that it was going to be a long distance relationship between Long Island and Colorado. Well once those pictures and videos of Sweet Baby James started rolling in on our frame, we were beyond thrilled to be able to watch him grow daily before our eyes even though he was so far away. I can’t even imagine a more perfect gift for new Grandparents. We can just plug it in and leave it running all day. It’s really wonderful.
I also have to mention that when we had a glitch at one point, we contacted the Loop company and they walked us through it until we were able to figure out and fix the problem. They were very easy to work with, very responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure that everything was working well. Excellent customer service and support just like the best companies had “in the old days”

We received our Loop from our grandchildren at Christmas. Is definitely one of the nicest gifts we have ever received from them, We can now keep up with the GGchildren as they grow up. Somehow the power cord was damaged and there was a question about replacing it to our address. A special lady, Jody, took care of our problem and assured us that it is now in the mail to us. wonderful product and a wonderful employee. Thanks Jody.

This has been a great frame. I loved it so much I got one for my parents. It’s great that everyone can send pictures to their frame! Lots of grandkids and great grandkids pictures. I had an issue with my frame and they replaced it. I am so impressed by this company!

We received our frame as a gift from our daughter. It has been a central part of our family room since and allows us to constantly see photos of our grandchildren, friends, places we have visited, etc. We had a few minor glitches, but customer service was right on top of our concerns and replaced our unit at no charge. We are very happy with our digital frame from Loop.

I got this as a gift from my son. He bought one for his brother and sister as well. My daughter helped me set it up and I love seeing all my family’s photos as they download to the loop. It is easy to use and it brings fond memories to life!

I purchased this for myself, I was lucky enough for my children and first granddaughter to live with me her first year of life. Now my daughter can surprise me with photos by adding them to the app. Setup is very simple. And if you have a wonderful dog that eats your charger then Christin in customer support will hook you up in no time.

I bought a loop for.my 90 year old parents so that they could see thier great grand children. They are tech savvy any more and the loopgive me control to add pictures for them from the app. I decided to get one for my house becouse of your CS and Tech Christina. She walked me though months of trial and error fixes for the loop that was replaced when the new firmware wasn't compatible. You CS is one of the very few services in this world that truly still is customer oriented. I cant stress that enough.

I bought this for my mom and dad who live in another state and they love being about to see all photos and keep up with everyone. Fairly easy for my dad to connect on their end who is 86!

I am fortunate to be within walking distance of my grandson. My best friend since first grade will have her first grandchild this fall.
